What have you learned about the topic that has been assigned?
To be very frank, Ipretty like about this topic fundamental rights and liberties aas previously i didnt know that we as a Malaysian have this personal rights being listed legally. Besides knowing the different rights that we have, I also learned about the cases related. It was some source of a revision for final exam as you are doing your research about all the cases relating to the Article in fundamental rights and liberties you actually research more in depth and boarden your understanding that might not been taught in class.
-
Why the issue is of interest to you?
As we all involved in the same federal constituition, all the issue interest us because it somehow related to us or the people around us.
-
What activities, kinds of feedback, and other support have helped you the most?
I would say is the class activities where i was chosen to go up ans act it out or write it on board without uttering any words and my groupmates have to guess whats the message behing it. One thing i realised was after that class activity, i could actually remember clearly about the case and the Article given to me to act it out in front of the class. Another one would be oral presentation assignment, I learned a lot and get to really apply what that has been taught in the class by our lecturer Ms Saratha. I really think that class activities and presentation in class is really helpful in the sense of building uteam work, being more independent to search for information, applying what that have been taught and the class felt more alive and fun.

What is Taylor’s Graduate Capabilities (TGC) and how was the TGCs developed in the course of completing this assignment?
Taylor's Graduate Capabilities (TGC) outlines the core knowledge skills, abilities and qualities a student will develop in Taylor's University.
The TGC that i have developed are :
Lifelong learning
Now i know the importances of learning federal constituition and also our rights in Malaysia, I think as a Malaysian is a must subject as we need to learn about the introduction of law for our future as it might involved us in work or maybe daily aactivity and we ,ust know our basic fundamental rights and liberties, to protect us lawfully in other words.
Thinking and problem solving skills
This happen during class activities and the assignment given, oral presentation. It really trigger us to think out of the box and solved the problem with a creative way and solution. It was not a book wormed subject where all you need is mermerizing and puke it out during exam.

Your overall reflection on this module (for the entire semester)
-
I would say I have no regret taking this elective module although the assignment given was not as easy as the previous mph module like TITAS. The information convey by the lecturer was clear and easy to understand. I would say I did learned a lot about the federal constitution, our fundamental rights lawful acts, etc and I would learned it truthfully as it is helpful for me in the future.
